My name is Hans Stellmacher
and I have been an enthusiastic collector of old tube radios for some years. During this time I must say that at first I collected whatever I could lay my hands onl. However that changed soon as I always got more Loewe Opta sets than anything else. So I decided to collect only Loewe Opta radios. As a result today I have roughly 300 sets of this brand. There is still more room since my son moved out for me to give space to more sets.
First of all a little information about me..................
At the moment my collection consists of sets from 1933 to the seventies. Also I have almost all schematics from 1935 to 1970.
Further more I am a registered member of the GFGF (Historical Society of Radio Engineers)
If you have questions about radio sets or are looking for a schematic let me know - perhaps I will be able to help you. I also have some used spare parts in stock.
If you would like to visit me this is only possible at the weekend and then by appointment only.
I can be found in the Heinsberg/Aachen district.

If anyone can help me I am looking for information about Loewe radios built in Leipzig after 1946. I will be grateful for any snippets of information. Also I am looking for pictures of radios from the period 1923-1950.
