Q3 a tube that is unknown to me ?
Where could the tube be inserted ?
Can anyone provide information on this?.

Q 3 Radio AG DS Loewe

I received these pictures from W Holtmann (Many thanks !) with an request for information. Unfortunately, I have absolutely no information about this tube.
Of the two tubes, one was defective. He opened the defective one and took the following pictures.

It can be seen that grid 1 is more coiled than grid number 2. – It is then a space charge tetrode. The outer mounting also shows that the Q3 was no big dissipation tube as the other audio tubes of Loewe were.

My guess is that they were installed in portable condenser microphones. the angular coiling of the grid would well suit microphone use.

Q 5 Radio AG DS Loewe

Q 5 Radio AG DS Loewe

Audio tube Q5 consisted of 2 triodes without passive elements and were soldered directly into circuit. Used by the Wehrmacht, they were used with a balloon in high atmospheric levels. The constructuion method is typical for high powered tubes.
This tube carried no type markings but the here invisible „HU 1129“.

The audio tube Q 6 consisted of two triodes with 2 resistors and were soldered directly into circuit. Used by the Wehrmacht in high altitude work. Construction is tyopical of high dissipation tube. RS 3 (Radiosonde 3).

Loewe WG 33    Triode-Triode-Endpentode

The WG 33 comprised the most complicated „integrated circuit “ with three tube funtions, 6 resistors and three capacitors. It is the high point of development of the Loewe multi-function tubes.

It is claimed controversially that neither this tube nor this radio exist in any collections, despite the fact that there are contemporary references in tube data books and radio catalogues. Perhaps they were not marketed?

Loewe = Quarz- Resonator

Wer kann Angaben zu diesem Quarz machen?

Loewe LA 203 und 207

Can anyone provide any information about this tube?

About the illustrated tubes I can offer the following:
LA203 = REN904
LA207 I have no information but I supect an equivalent to a mixer tube

Wo wurden diese beiden LA Röhren eingesetzt?

Gibt es noch mehr davon?

Vermutlich ?
